Plant #1 > EOA - MPEG
The EOA plant produces the raw material for surfactants that mix water and oil well, having annual production capacity of 130 thousand tons. Built in technical partnership with Switzerland’s DPT Corporation, the plant is currently producing products such as LAE, NPE, PEG, MPEG, and TDE.
■ Production process
01 Warehousing of Raw Materials
Store the raw materials that are received by tank truck in the raw material tank.
02 Reaction
(1) Raw materials feeding: Feed the raw material in the raw material tank into the pre-treatment equipment.
(2) Catalyst feeding: Feed the catalyst into the reactor.
(3) Reaction: Feed EO and make EOA through a side reaction.
(4) Aging: Stop feeding EO and continue the reaction until the non-reactive EO disappears.
(5) Transference: Transfer reactive EOA to the post-treatment equipment.
03 Post-treatment
(1) Neutralization: Feed neutralizing agent to adjust the PH.
(2) Product warehousing: Transfer the completed products to the product tank.
04 Product Delivery
Deliver the products in the product tank to customers by tank lorry or in drums.
